The same model number cover actions are modelled from images of actual box with a specific size. In this case, model#6 software box size is- Width 6.5 x Height 7.75 x Thick 1.75 Inch.
This is done to create actions with the best realistic final results as possible-No random or free style or “just guessing” design technique involved.

So each template only fit for certain model of actions ( perfect fit ). No 1 size ( template ) fits all ( actions ) that require scale up and down of the templates to fit the actual starting template which causing images / text distortion as a result.
