Hello,
I’m trying to paid via paypal, but get this error:
“Sorry, your payment won’t go through. To make it work, you’ll need to add money to your account and pay with your PayPal balance.”
my paypal have enough amount to pay, but didn’t know what’s the problem
plus, it’s says “$37.00 USD for 3 months
Effective Date: Jan. 1, 1970″
is that correct? or I miss something?

Hi Paul,
Insufficient balance may due to you have another incomplete transactions that you’ve made recently. Maybe payment via echeque or ebay related transaction / payment.- just my guess.
You may want to refer to Paypal for confirmation.
Jan 1, 1970?!! That’s obviously a typo or just a default setting by Paypal. The Effective date is 90 days after you click on your verification link in email you received after made a payment.

I still can’t figure out the problem I still can’t pay through the order form, it’s still give me that error
